9月1日（金）のインスタグラムLIVEライブアーカイブのアップロードトラブルについて

ジェーン・アイルデールのインスタグラムLIVEをいつもご視聴いただいているファンの皆様へ

 

インスタグラムのシステムエラーのため、9月1日（金）のLIVEライブアーカイブをアップロードすることができません。

問題の修復を試みましたが、残念ながらLIVEデータが消失してしまうことが判明いたしました。

アーカイブでのLIVE視聴を楽しみにされていた皆様には大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。

 

表参道の松倉クリニックから始まったジェーン・アイルデールの20年を記念する特別な回でしたので、私自身もこのトラブルを非常に残念に思っています。

この20年間、皆様のご協力とご支援に感謝し感動しています。 コロナ禍を乗り越えることができたのも、ご愛用してくださる皆様のおかげです。 ありがとうございます。

 

今、私はレチノールトリートメント中で、顔がかなり赤いので、ジェーン・アイルデールの新商品「ハイドロピュアCCセラム」の魔法をお見せしたかったのです。

 

（9/1のLIVEでは）ハイドロピュアとグリーンのカラーコントロールを混ぜたものを顔の半分に使いました。 そしてピュアプレストパウダーを左右均等にのせて、グリーンだけを使ったときと比べて、その組み合わせの美しさがわかるようにしました。

 

ハイドロピュア1番とグリーン（ハイドロピュアCCセラム）、ピュアプレスドベースの組み合わせは、私の顔を輝かせました。

 

私も（自分のことですが）とても驚きました！LIVEでは、デモンストレーションがどうなるかわからないことがよくあります。

私たちはよくライブショーをテストラボとして使っています。 だから、私たちのリアクションは（リアルなので）かなり玄人好みなのだと思います。

 

また同じようなデモンストレーションを皆さんにお見せできることを願っていますが、全く同じにはいかないと思います。

 

私自身、レチノール使用中の赤ら顔が、新商品「ハイドロピュアCCセラム」できれいにカバーできることをお見せできたお気に入りのエピソードだっただけに、残念でなりません。

 

インスタグラムLIVEは毎週金曜日のお昼12:00からです。

 

来週こそは問題なくアーカイブできることを私も願っています。

To all of our fans who have been watching Jane Iredale instagram LIVE

 

Due to a system error on Instagram, we are unable to upload the LIVE live archive for Friday, September 1.

We have tried to fix the problem, but unfortunately, we found out that we are going to lose the LIVE data.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those of you who have been looking forward to watching the live video in the archive.

 

I, myself, was so disappointed to hear this.  It was a very special episode as I first started selling jane iredale 20 years ago in Japan at Matsukura Clinic in Omotesando.

I got a little emotional in appreciation for everyone’s help and support these past 20 years.  Because of our loyal customers, we made it through COVID.

And right now,  I am doing a Retinol treatment and my face is quite red, so I wanted to show the magic of

the new jane iredale Green color control HydroPure. 

 

And it worked.  Then half my face I used  the combination of HydroPure and Green Color Control mixed..  And then

Pressed powder equally to both sides so you could see how beautiful the combination was in comparison to just using the Green.

 

The combination of the Hydro Pure #1 and Green with Pure Pressed base just made my face look radiant. 

 

Even I was surprised. Often times, we don’t actually know how our demonstrations are going to turn out when we’re LIVE. 

We often use the Live show as our testing lab.  And so our reactions are pretty geniune. 

 

I hope to be able to do it again for you but it’ll never be the same. 

 

I myself am sorry to hear this, as it was my favorite episode where I was able to show you how my red face, while using retinol, can be covered up beautifully with the new Hydropure CC Serum.

 

OUR LIVE Is every Friday at 12:00 noon.

 

I too hope that next week we will be able to archive without any problems.
